Walking, running	Actors, Camera Operators	Falling, tripping	Unlikely	All areas for which actors or camera operators will be walking or running will be thoroughly checked for hazards and all hazards will be cleared.
Climbing	Actors	Falling, Tripping, Cuts	Unlikely	Wherever climbing will occur, all surfaces will be checked for obstructions or objects for which a person can be injured upon. An hazards will be cleared or dealt with.
Wet Surfaces	Actors, Camera Operators, Assistants	Falling, slipping	Unlikely	All surfaces which are viewed to be wet and slippery shall be dried or avoided
Fire	Actors, Camera Operators, Assistants, Members of the public	Burns, Falling	Highly Unlikely	No fires shall be started by any members of the film or production crew.
Car Journey	Passengers	Collision, Breakdown	Highly Unlikely	All members of the vehicle will wear seatbelts. No drugs or alcohol will be consumed.
Dangers of falling objects from trees	Actors, Camera Operators, Assistants	Injuries, Broken objects	Unlikely	All members of the film and production crew will be aware of what objects are around them and be careful of all movement.
Lifting Objects	Actors, Camera Operators, Assistants	Injuries	Unlikely	Be sure to lift the object correctly. No object will be lifted if thought to be too heavy.
